Blazers

The blazer has slowly made its way back into being a trendy fashion staple of modern day. The blazer can make an outfit look more casual or more dressy depending on what the occasion is. Blazers can be worn with pretty much anything; over cute dresses, collared shirts, t-shirts, whether wearing a pair of jeans or a skirt. The blazer is an easy way to give some life to an outfit or in the winter give you warmth while still being stylish. You can add all the accessories you want; scarves or bangles if you want some edge to your outfit. Another trend which is coming back is shoulder pads. So just like Jen you can wear an edgy blazer which, gives some definition to your figure.

Naughty Monkey Sandals

I am pretty proud I worked out how to upload a picture! I recently bought these shoes from Naughty Monkey, an awesome brand. I have only had them for about a week and i wear them all the time. They are so comfortable but look so cool as well. You can pretty much wear them with anything; jeans, leggings, dresses and shorts. I live in Australia so it is winter at the moment, so yes my toes do get a little bit cold but it does not really bother me. To me they are like a winter version of a sandal. These sandals come in a range of styles and colours so they are a prefect addition to your winter or summer wardrobe.

Hello to the world of blogging.
Firstly i must start with saying i have never done anything like this before. Yes, this is the first time i have ever written a blog so you will have to hang on while i get the hang of things.
My name is Joanna-Marie and i wanted to write a blog during my school holidays to voice my opinions on fashion and the latest trends. Eventually i would love to open my own store full of awesome fashion and vintage clothing as well as having my own shoe line. i know it all sounds pretty out of reach but i am very determined to reach my dream.

My personal style is vintage/bohemian, so i think i appropriately named my blog after the fashion trends that should be hidden away and the ones that should be followed. Not to mention i also have always liked the Imogen Heap song "Hide and Seek"

So i hope you guys approve of what i believe to be the latest trends.
